Our menu features dishes from both North and South India as well as a group from the lesser known but equally authentic Indo-Chinese cuisine.
Our dishes are thoughtful, delicious and authentic and they are all cooked to order. We do not pre-cook our sauces or any of our dishes. As an example of our ethos, your king prawns ordered from us will only be de-shelled once you have placed your order.
Our other ingredients are sourced with equal care and pride – we use only premium Welsh lamb, fish delivered to us directly and Chicken from approved suppliers.
